It is made from pure cows milk offering a high quality and application reliability. It wont coagulate by adding acids. With only 20% fat oldenburger chef's cooking cream is lighter than a whipping cream (35 % fat) without compromising a creamy taste.
Oldenburger butter is made out of 100% pure cow's milk. The raw milk entering the dairy is separated into skim milk and cream.
