Vimto is a popular drink in the Arab world, and it is especially popular in Ramadan and also the morning of the Eid when it is eaten with cookies and candies. It's very sweet and it really doesn't need extra sugar in my opinion but some people still add extra sugar.
Vimto is a soft drink first sold in Lancashire in the United Kingdom. It was first manufactured as a health tonic in cordial form, then decades later as a carbonated drink. It contains the juice of grapes, raspberries and blackcurrants (in a 3% concentration), flavoured with herbs and spices. The original recipe was invented in 1908 by John Noel Nichols.
